Open Position: Regional Manager
 
Job Location: San Jose, CA
 
Job Duties: 1.Coordinate full lifecycle sales processes achieving short-, mid- and long-term sales objectives assigned to the team;
2.Expand the organization to drive higher revenue performance in line with agreed objectives;
3.Identify improvements in the organization and execution model;
4.Guide and assist team members to improve results and help scale operations;
5.Establish long-term sales goals for the assigned PM and Sales team and monitor achievement, acting as needed to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded;
6.Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results; and
7.Oversee staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
 
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any major is acceptable). Two years of work experience in the position offered or related occupation. The experience must be in the die cutting industry. Must speak fluent Mandarin. Travels to Suzhou and Shenzhen, China to visit the plants six times a year.
